March 2021 Recap

Friday, April 2, 2021

Happy April, everyone!

I hope you're all doing well. It's wild to me that 3 months of 2021 are already over. So far, this year is the same as last year. It seems like people are being a bit laxer these days with the vaccine rollout, but cases seem to be going up again, so I'm still holding on to my routine of only going to the grocery store. Vaccine rollout has been infuriatingly slow in my city. I really want to get the vaccine so I have a chance of going back home if borders open up over the summer. So far it's looking a little bleak. :( I'm happy for everyone getting their shots but I have to admit to feeling some vaccine envy.

Anyways, I didn't get up to anything fun other than making a quick trip to the bookstore. It was so lovely being back inside a bookstore and browsing books. I did end up making some purchases because how can I leave the bookstore without books?

March was a good reading month. I've been trying more novellas on audio and really enjoying them. I read a good mix of backlist and ARCs and I don't think I disliked anything I read this month.

Let's get to my reading updates!
