The Blog Has A New Look & March 2020 Recap

Hi everyone!

Wow! It's been a while, hasn't it? I hope you're all healthy and coping with being in the middle of a pandemic okay. I know this is not an easy time for anyone but I am sending all of you positive vibes and hoping that you are doing the best to social distance yourself. It's been a tough few months, but we will get through this. πŸ’–

With life basically being turned upside down and with some sudden sad news, I lost all motivation to write any sort of blog post. I'm sorry for disappearing without saying anything but every time I sat down to write something the words would not come out. I knew I needed something to reenergize myself, and quite frankly, I was sick of not doing anything other than working and studying here and there.

I thought a perfect way to slide back into blogging is through a new design, hence the new look. As you can see, I went for a slightly different style this time around. I hope you love my new banner as much as I do. It's so cute and I love the little corgi so much! πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜ŠI hired a lovely illustrator, Gabrielle, who brought my vision of "a girl with a dog and a cake and something romantic" to life with her magic. If you're looking for an illustrator, I highly recommend her. She's so talented! Thank you also to Mishma for nudging me in Gabrielle's direction.

As far as reading goes, given everything going on, I think I did a decent job. I've been reading Nalini Singh's Psy-Changeling series, and it's been such a great distraction. Here are the rest of my reading updates:
