The Weekly Recap (54): Re-reading My Favorite Author

Sunday, September 29, 2019

Hello everyone!

I hope you guys are doing ok. It was my first week back at school. It's been a bit of an adjustment. It always takes me some time after the summer break. It doesn't help that I don't have a set schedule of classes since I'm mostly taking dissertation and independent study credits. I'm trying not to procrastinate too much and actually focus on working.

Next week, I'm going to a conference in Seattle. I'm really excited as I'm going with the three other girls in my cohort. We're going a day early to get some sightseeing done. I've never been to Seattle before, but I've always wanted to go. I'll also get the opportunity to meet my friend, Wendy from Book Scents, who I have known for years now. It'll be fun to meet in person! I'm also looking forward to the conference itself. It's a women's only conference for folks in my field and I hope I get a chance to network and meet people.

Since I'll be in Seattle, I'm not sure how much time I will have to respond to comments and visit blogs, so please bear with me!

Here are my reading updates for the past week:
