The Weekly Recap (44): Prepping To Be A Glutton For The Weekend With Ari

Hi guys!

I'm posting my weekly recap a day early because I won't have time to write one this weekend. I mentioned last week that my frenemy, Ari from The Romance Corner is coming in a few hours - woohoo! We're planning on eating a lot and doing some sightseeing so I'll probably be in a food coma this weekend. Also, you guys, I am done with classes for the year. This year has been wretched and I am so relieved that it is over. I still have to take my qualifying exams in a few weeks, but no classes, woo! I'll be going into an intense study mode as from Monday, but until then, I'm going to take a break and have some fun with Ari. Even though I did have a difficult term, I passed my classes with As, so that was nice!

I hope you guys had a great week! Here are my reading updates:
Week In Reading

The Studying Hours (How to Date a Douchebag, #1) The Failing Hours (How to Date a Douchebag, #2) Superfan (Brooklyn, #3) We Hunt the Flame (Sands of Arawiya, #1)

It was a mixed-bag sort of reading week for me. I randomly picked up The Studying Hours by Sara Ney and pretty much flew through it. It wasn't the perfect book, but it was so entertaining. I had to pick up The Failing Hours right after that, and oh wow!! This series is like pure crack. I wasn't completely into Superfan, unfortunately. I didn't care for the couple all that much, but Sarina's writing is still lovely as ever. Finally, I finished my buddy read with Wendy for We Hunt the Flame. Both of us ended up not enjoying as much, unfortunately. It was rather dull and there was barely any plot progression until the end. I'm hoping for a better reading week!
